The guy is a multi-billionaire! Why would he invest in a tiny penny stock company with poor management that has no revenues to brag about, and a pile of debt. If he were to get in he would start his own company, hire the best of the best to run it and crush little penny companies like ERBB which wouldn't be hard considering their financials.
