I'm hoping the announcement of design freeze will give the PPS a jolt. But this is Titan, the stock that does the opposite of what other stocks normally do after positive news. I'm glad to have the second facility announced/confirmed. But still frustrating as heck to be sitting basically at a dime. But oh well, onward we march...
