I read fine. The Q is delayed because they didn't file it. You just threw out some notion that there was a reason other than incompetence or lack of concern about staying current. More evidence to suggest that it's incompetence given how long it took to file a simple attorney letter than the notion that the delay is due to something big coming up. Heck, they have not even changed symbols yet to reflect the nature of their business. Is this professional management?
Perhaps instead of criticizing my reading skills you might lay off the hype. It doesn't do the ticker any good to have posters like you and Moon-pie acting as if this is on the verge of hitting a penny :) Good luck though.
