Everyone knows this, what's your point?

Fact is ATYG hasn't submitted a financial to OTCMarkets since 2013.

The nonsensical PR regarding this issue stated in exchange for restructuring the company (ATYG), finishing the
accounting, filing their completed unaudited financial statements, paying for their amended disclosure
documents with OTC markets, and introducing SEC legal counsel to prepare legal opinions so that they
can return to CURRENT Filer Tier Status, Alaska Pacific Energy Corporation will own $200,000.00 of ATYG's Convertible Preferred Stock, etc.

In reality, not one single thing has occurred. ATYG STILL has a stop sign, no financial statements have been submitted, no legal opinions were submitted, ATYG is not current status. That entire PR was simply an effort to sell shares.
