Sounds like complaining about a roller coaster. Every day it goes up and down and up and down.
What do you expect an OTC company that relies on loans to keep the doors open to do? Little bits of news with no meat means little bumps in the price and then sags. Up and down. Up and down.
Signed contracts will help. Completed financial statements will help. Getting the Stop sign removed will help.
But becoming profitable is the only thing that will ever make this company valuable. You must have profit to keep the doors open and pay off debt. You can't borrow your way out of debt.
