You are right. We will get the ex date this year. The important thing now is not the ex date nor a cash dividend but rather the pre-ipo.

My best guess is that we receive the x-date within a month.

I guess we all have terrible experiences from the SEC, but lets hope you are right!
That would then buy us some time before the real issue turns up and that is post x-date! With no listing in site follows no pre-ipo money and a pps in Siaf that could be close to nothing...as the total value of our holdings if nothing is done to support the pps.
