Hey penn33c. I think yes is your answer, there's not much float here for people to purchase. Sandgaard owns $17.1mm shares out of the total outstanding of $32mm (53%). That leaves $14.9mm total float. Not only is the stock going to be difficult to buy going forward, it's going to be difficult to borrow for anyone foolish enough to want to short it. Bottom line is we're in a short-term/intermediate term bull market on $ZYXI. The low float should contribute to outsized gains over some unknown, intermediate time frame.
