I really do not know high naive penny speculators will take the stock but I will tell you what I think will happen shortly.

The "merger" is the result of the new group talking control of the preferred shares here which control the corporation. They will likely reverse split the common stock down to worthless no matter high it trades over the short term. There is no offer on the table for the common that I can find.

That likely means it will become worth nothing even if they plan to put some other business in the trading shell. They will reverse split the common before any asset gets placed here, most likely
