I like that part too. I know it might be better for 'us' if there is no settlement.
But personally I'm a bit worried that if there would be no settlement dilution will cut my share ;-)
Also, there is always a chance, even if it isn't very large, that a judge doesn't rule in our favour.
I like the fact that there still hasn't been any noticable dilution since the split. So I vote for that 95% LOL

Generalities are just that, or one size does not fit all. Your quote was correct : Be thoroughly prepared, open-minded, and business-like.

To that I respond with five letters :KK and DVG. Those five letters completely invalidate the assumption of "open-minded and business-like".

Frankly I think Gerslanders are becoming a little giddy from the vapors associated with this very slowly drying paint; perhaps to the point of self delusion.

As of the close of business yesterday there was no filing with the Federal Circuit.
