I won't be the one to draw that conclusion. But let's look at what actually happened and when-->
On 4/20/17 Alper dropped a PR which set off a speculative frenzy when he announced:
1) BLDV had entered into a partnership with AMS-- something that had been disclosed (though not identifying AMS by name before).
But what was key was his statement this-->
2) AMS was in the "final stage of licensing." IMO that statement, combined with photos of the AMS building, led people to believe approval to begin growing would be forthcoming shortly.
That morning the stock opened at .0004 and closed at .0016-- up 300% in one day on record volume of 1.285 BILLION shares. That kind of increase and volume creates its' own reality and others buy (a) because they believe the PR and (b) simply because it was going up.
Only weeks/ months later did people learn that $12 million in funding, and nearly a year after it was received, would be needed before ANY growing could begin. IMO Josh Alper knew this was the situation before he issued his PR of 4/20. He had to. If he didn't then he either failed to conduct basic due diligence regarding the huge amount of time and money that was still required to make this project possible. Either way, he failed to disclose it to investors at the time of the PR.
Today's .0015 was the lowest close since Alper's 4/20/17 PR. In fact, it has only broken lower --to .0014-- intra-day on three occasions:
You are 100% right, personally I am sick & tired of this site and those moderators who does whatever the want to do, playing own private games. This is the reality.
