im good with the report and i take it as growing pain which we are .... so i have the time and the wine to give it time for the story to develop.... as long as we are in time reporting all those ups and downs on the reports are to be expected!

The Q came out exactly as I predicted. Revenues up slightly on testing and the wild card was consultation which sucked. I was hoping for a surprise with consulting side but it did not happen. My only issue has been the equipment and it is time for WW be open as to why this is taking so long. If they had a calibration issue say so if they had issues with state certifying say so, if they changed the specs say so. Stop the date extensions and own it regardless of the problem. As consulting is hit and miss obviously Q4 will be much better.

Now in a hold mode until we get equipment certified as that is the game changer and it is looking more and more like we may not get this done Q4 either as after next week we only have a month left. Surely hope they are ready soon as the outside crop is getting closer. Come on WW start addressing the issues head on. The big ones being toxic financing and equipment certs. Overall we did not do terribly as testing did increase. Let's address the continued toxic notes while somewhat better You being the CEO clearly said late last year the would end!

So the note has been converted and diluted already- not the same as paying it off (with cash) so perhaps that explains some of the recent selling pressure. No increase in revenues with an increase in operating expenses is not confirmation that the model is sustaining. Things may not be terrible but there are not yet the kinds of revenue growth indications that warrant a much higher share price, especially with questions remaining about the ratios of the RS and the subsequent A/S.
We shall see.
