Market cap a joke @ $498,000...(0083 x 60M last known OS)...you don't issue shares at a huge discount when your market cap is grossly undervalued...it's a bad deal...repeal the deal, replace the deal...find new investors...use your assets and alleged massive potential to negotiate a much better existing-shareholder-friendly...deal...this may be too big of a task for peabody...as his interests likely don't align with ours...
