I think people's investing choices are deep rooted in their lifestyle and lifestyle choices while adolescents.
In my case... my insistence on holding through thick and thin are a reflection of my need to go out every night as a teenager... and hang out with my friends on a street corner.
Nothing ever happened... but I knew without a doubt...that the single night that I did not go out to meet with my friends... and do nothing... "that night"... would be "the night" that some unscrupulous hot babe would come around and give everybody hummers... everybody but me that is... all because I wasn't there.
