Then they should just respond saying that,duh. Not responding to a consumers request for information about your product is piss poor marketing/customer service on big Mike's part. If the company was real I suspect they would have responded. ANYONE selling ANYTHING just doesn't ignore web site consumer emails, period!! Just basic selling 101 for dummies.....lol
