I only hope Peregrine has something to say to make my decision that much easier

You are correct JJ,

My decision to vote for one or the other does not come easy, but with the current management/BOD I have history of six figure losses with nothing to show for it but the prospect of continued dilution.

With Ronin I have no assurances that my dream of wealth will come true, so i must decid based on the lesser of two evils, the one I know or the one I don't know.

More color from either side would be helpful for me to feel comfortable with my decision.
