the question of whether
onev is a scam is unfortunately not black or white. Like many companies operating on toxic diluted shares, onev has some income. Not enough to pay even a month of salaries and expenses for sure, but yes they do have income. On the other hand they have issued dozens of press releases over the years which have been essentially bogus and for the sole purpose of selling shares, and have never repudiated any of them. Their CEO pays himself a salary of $250k for losing for shareholders 99% of the stock value, and again producing virtually no income in their 7 year history as a public company. They have walked this walk for their entire history and have shown no integrity whatsoever regarding their communication with the public. They have become very professional at operating a shell of a company and enriching themselves.
Are they a scam? I think a better word would be scum, just like any sociopath who will tell you whatever you want to hear without regard for the truth.
