LMAO. 2 hours after the PR and this was the best criticism one could come up with? A tired old argument which has no real bearing here. Don't trust Dan? Okay. Bye.

"The Company is also providing shareholders with an update with respect to the civil matter involving Company President Dan Byrnes, regarding an investment of funds into Sarissa stock under Mr. Byrnes discretion as a Trustee. Recently, a judgment was entered against Mr. Byrnes in this matter. This matter was a personal issue for Mr. Byrnes and does not relate to any Company business or his role as an officer and director."

He was convicted of ripping off people who trusted him using this very stock.

And now people are saying trust him on this very stock?

Again - I would agree a terrible decision in Dan to trust Scott, however I believe ripping off would require that he beenfited by their failure. Seems to me he was in the exact same boat as those he invested on behalf off.

IMO

What would you suggest? Let's get Dan out of the SRSR and park this ship back to still water until next Capitain, some called the return of Scott, to take us.. "no where"?!?!? for the foreseeable future or ever?

Dan made a bad decision in trusting previous management. However, things are happening under his watch, after Scoot is oust. So, we all have a decision to make: Punish Dan and call for his resignation because he is "criminal?" in your words or give him a chance to make things right for both himself as well as SRSR shareholders. I personally chose later. I believe his personal legal liability drive him harder to make SRSR a success. Again, all IMO.
