Reverse splits ALWAYS include preferred unless that class was designated so when established w/ the domiciled SOS. hell(o) doesn't take a retired MBA/CPA to know that but it must help ;-)

If they go trough a split ,all securities go trough that split.

Only if they going to file a filling where it's saying otherwise.
And if so they all have to go trough shareholders agreement by voting.

Remember the sppc holders are also holders now
I don't think new ceo is going to screw his old private holders big time
