I believe they're actually filed as a non-disclosure company at the moment, meaning they only have to release material event changes. If that's the case, they won't have to file until the entire deal is completed and the entity is finalized.
whats Mr. Fracks response to that? I'd like to be empathetic but golly, money drives most anything, even cultures can compromise when its a factor last I knew. I know mine has a time or two, to put food on the table. hey bug fly!!!!
