Agreed. It wouldn't have much to do with dehydration (specifically). It would have more to do with the byproducts of said Technology. Aka gasification. Since that's what we're talking about..
When processing coal through Pristine-M technology. The chemicals stripped from the coal are collected in a "soup". These chemicals are in-turn used in a process called gasification.
