It's not hard to understand the difference when doing thorough DD. Jim Elliott is NOT CEO of Marani Vodka Corp, that was misinformation - Glad I could post the factual data to clear it up.

It appears "Vault Spirits" has no active incorporation. He could possibly be changing Pangea Wine & Spirits to Vault Spirits but if so, he's been grossly negligent in that area as well - nothing has been filed on Pangea since April 2016.

Regarding MRIB being a scam? A sizable number of MoneyTV appearances and a plethora of outright false PRs, followed by years of silence as shares were STILL being issued on the Nevada Incorporation which is now REVOKED shows it to be a 2 time Scam, attempting number 3.

Jim is listed as the Secretary and registered Agent for the Corporation. The registered agent name and address includes Vault Spirits. He's the CEO of Vault Spirits as evidenced by my previous post. The corporation is separate from the company Jim Elliott operates. Not hard to understand the difference here.

It won't change the FACT that Jim is the CEO of Vault Spirits and the FACT that they have current licenses to import alcohol.....far from a scam!
