It seems to be moving in sync with the 10YR yields. Since no one expects that to drop below 2%, I would say $22 is the support if it goes that low, that was were it was at few months earlier when the 10YR dropped to near 2% then bounced back up. Who knows with this market, you can see a 5% gain at any moment the way these stocks have been trading.
