Well, it's a very important event for the company to move forward and not just noise. I believe news will come after it has been resolved. The judge heard the company's argument last week and has taken it under consideration. Not sure how long until the judge gives a decision, but the company's lawyer did make a compelling argument against the earlier $2M award. So once that is clear, the company can release any news it may have in a bottle.
