Wouldn't everyone THINK that the guy who has orchestrated this proxy vote--Tom Smith,and who WANTS shareholders to kick the existing board down the road and vote in three new guys would at LEAST post on this board about events and FUTURE plans??

Nope,nothing but silence. Speaks volumes to me,means he doesn't want his name attached to forward looking statements. Also means they don't have anything other than trying to DUMP 4B shares.

If I don't get a load of answers my proxy hits the shredder,I don't care. With massive DILUTION a year ago to 10 BILLION shares this ticker is screwed anyway and shareholders have already lost it all.
