Or...... A simple 3 second search of the latest filing listed right here on this very site under the "news" tab shows the company is registered in Delaware and resided in Virginia.



The filing was only days ago. Last I checked both Delaware and Virginia were still a part of the United States of America making the ONLY valid conclusion that TMPS is in fact a domestic company.
