Unless they drop some massive contracts (wouldn't doubt it) otherwise OTCQB first. Need to get to 4 bucks for nasdaq. Typically when a penny goes over a dollar, it will likely go to 2 or 3 dollars from the chasers but won't hold until fundamentals support the higher levels
