Based on the current situation, an approved permit with financing should put this over 5 cents fairly easily. Breaking ground and submission of the next round of permits should put this much higher.
That $5.13 came from Edwardscot, I asked him to clarify why and where hecame up with that number but he has not gotten back to me. Just another wild guesser I presume.
