While I don't see why or how Mr. Wang would just select a/any date and use the word 'must' I suspect FINRA must have given the company a date they would/could disclose on a notice to shareholders... yet to see but the 25th is fast approaching and wouldn't you know just happens to interestingly be a Friday, hmmm

S/F....always great research. After all this time, IF, symbol change is not approved....WHY refile? What could be different than the past 4 months? Unless it's a statutory time limit....
