So if I'm reading this correct, ZJMY has submitted all recent requested submissions by finra and aug 25th is the 90 day limit by which they can fulfill finras requests? " must be concluded before August 25th". If there is no imposed time limits on finra response and approval, there can be no "must" by any definitive date on finras side. Am I wrong on this? Sounds like the balls in finras court now and they have no shot clock
