Yes a lot of very big developments are underway.

When I spoke w Tom a couple weeks ago he also mentioned that he LLC Debbie set up should provide a big clue to one of "poop your pants" news that will be released shortly.

He was surprised few people really understood what was happening. Appears that is going to facilitate a massive jv effort and I suspect it will involve he map alliance for the construction of Towers.

100m + deals coming. I think we will see closer to 250m - 500m for that one deals.
