Well lets put this to bed with the actual quote from the letter the company issued back at the beginning of August. Things have changed alot since then becauce no one is buying any more shares so the CD holders are getting peeved they can't sell their shares at a no bid stock:

Finally, there is no plan for a reverse split at this time; however we may need to do an increase of authorized shares to stay in compliance with note holders on reserve share requirements.

That should take care of it!
