The Audited fins filed on August 9th to me are clearly what FINRA was waiting for.

DOLV didn't file Form 15 to become alternative reporting until May of 2014 so the 2013 annual report should have been audited by the old company. I think FINRA caught this and that has been the cause of the delay in ticker.

Now that those audits are done new ticker any day now!

Wang & Co. are definitely worth being patient for. FINRA can be difficult for any company to work with and the efforts Oravec and his professional staff have made to complete this name change show how committed the organization is to succeed. All this work is not being done for some typical pink sheet without any real revs or profits. We will shock the market when all is revealed my friend.
