Did you read the last 10Q? They have no cash. And allegedly Parsi sold his shares to inject that cash into the company to keep it afloat? Why would he do that if he had plenty of cash? Either he needed the money to reinvest or he sold because he correctly saw the stock price dropping.
Look at the 10Q. I'd bet you have more cash in your home safe than Giggles had at end of Q1
