Interesting take. What might be the motives of a "Billionaire" who wrested control of TMPS from its owners( including investors) and it's elected board of directors. It begs the question: What is his endgame? My answer is he wants all of the shares and the company.
If TMPS goes BK and he buys it in BK Court. He could wipe out investors and take the company private.
Word to the wise, only trust a "Billionaire" as far as you can throw them.
