Ok I will explain. As the subject is so well defined, NEOM is not operational. The old is gone. The new is here, operationally, that is the only explanation. Nkow one here is questioning that fact. Redundancy of that fact here is epic. I do not know anyone here that is disputing NEOM is not what it was.
Because of the bid and ask and volume, anew entity has taken its place.
