I could see someone buying the Exsomes science for small upfront cash and royalty deal if they get outright control of the science. I am ok if Ronin takes to 18-20 in 2-3 years and then sales the whole thing for 40-50

There are always competitors and those that see Ronin group "not" in ones best interest to be able to pick up PS Targeting in IO combos but rather selectively give PS Targeting IO combo opportunities to others, THEN that may be a very big problem for some to chance

Imagine.... The first I combos with PS Targeting may LOCK out all others chances in gaining FDA approval or at the least, LOSE out in the next wave of Billions of $$$$$ profits

This scenario may present those that are unsure of being able to make a deal with a Ronin group control .....may offer Peregrine something more valuable NOW in order to secure PS Targeting rights

I mean if Ronin you say can only get us $20 and takes up to 2-3 years lol then some other group may have a better idea and I guess Booz Allen Hamilton scientists would be rushed into meetings when things must be done quickly
