One should read the threads in which I noted CPA/Accounting/Audit issues, and where the CPA/Auditor subsequently found its registration terminated.

I don't make empty threats. However, still looking for the Auditor's Consent Letter. Continual Cut and Paste is irrelevant, just need the Consent.

Hard to know who to blame, I have already posted proof someone copy and pasted financials on the cpa's letterhead and filed them with the otc.
