For one thing they are reporting Late.

Updating the Chalice Farms acquisition requires a lot of red tape.

They will also tells us that Chalice Farms Revenue will not be accretive to this Quarter...but will show up on the next one.

This is a very important Conference "After the Bell" Call to assure us Golden Leaf will be a survivor going forward.

Note:

Announcing after the bell always means one thing.

Poor Quarterly report means even worse earnings than expected.

Actually this looks like a borderline Reverse Merger to Me.
