yeah but as time goes on and more and more become aware of the scam and the float keeps growing from delinquent note cheap shares .... all these things kill any fake news or pumps that can happen.. so if some fake news comes out and hard pump starts and delinquent note holder holds back a bit (he should he is a insider of gequ) this may get some run.. but no where as near as big as the past back when people didn't know how the boys are con artists. Now people are more aware after their skeletons came out of the closet, and doesn't matter if "they never been charged or convicted" you don't have to be and actually a very successful con artist is one that avoids getting charged or convicted and these guys are good with how they tried to make gequ look like a real company.... but now the past and skeletons are coming out.
