ERBB doesn't own Nipton..Deal now not expected to close until November..won't happen, ERBB will continue delaying, and continue unloading the recent 10B share increase..ERBB history repeating itself..

Remember OGTea,Truth Lighting,Trackx? ERBB pumped owning those companies, only to confirm there were escape clauses..kind of similar to the Nipton escape clause with full $200k deposit refund..Shearin critical thinking at its best.
