The insiders dump, and the traders sell into any bids left. Resulting in subsequent low volume.
Doesn't matter what one believes... the 1% rule keeps the insiders from dumping 1B all at once.
As for the other post...
No, just most. There's bound to be posts on this forum somewhere claiming the float is low, or locked. SHs vowing to hold on for that big score. Then where does these spikes in volume out of nowhere come from? What one should "believes" in is that the insiders don't award themselves stock, and then hold it forever. Especially since there's nothing to stop them from awarding themselves more free stock in the future.

Amazing what a low volume paint of the tape can do for paper profit. Assuming a SH bought below 0018, as opposed to at 0064.
