No that's incorrect, the SEC can revoke any stock with just cause, everyone knows there are a plethora of reasons to revoke a no bid, no officer zombie stock like HESG.
Fyi, when they suspend trading of a publicly traded entity, they don't make shareholders whole. That's merely wishful thinking.
