#4024 RE: WiseYoda #4023

Welcome you are WiseYoda.

One common strategic partnership involves one company providing engineering, manufacturing or product development services, partnering with a smaller, entrepreneurial firm or inventor to create a specialized new product. Typically, the larger firm supplies capital, and the necessary product development, marketing, manufacturing, and distribution capabilities, while the smaller firm supplies specialized technical or creative expertise.

Strategic Partnerships

Press Release would read something like this:

1. We are forming a strategic partnership with Halliburton (or some other Israeli agreed upon resource rich well respected petroleum organization).

2. This partnership will enable us as we move from the exploration phase through the analysis phase and enable production of the commercial reservoir(s) we have discovered.

3. (As a Kick in the Pants) Due to the great blessing that the Lord has provided, we are splitting our stock 4:1 for shareholders of record <specified date>.

Just having a little fun :-)
