Actually it did answer your question and previously I drew you a roadmap to confirm it

If you cannot do that basic diligence on your own, or you want me to spoon feed you too bad

I answered, you are either confused or don't like the answer

I told you how to confirm it (ie pull up the 10Q, look at the claims that made it through, they list ALL of them, including the one's you reference)

Pull up the patents

Read the claims

Cross reference which are unique and which are not
