Managing VIVA's merger? With whom?

INTV deal with VIVA is for an Exclusive Distribution Agreement for the State of Puerto Rico.

Unless I am missing something that's it. As PB mentioned INTV owned VIVA and was sold to Black River which is now $OTTV.

Exciting times ahead I am sure of that.
