I've done in depth research on this gem and everything checks out. You can even go to their tap house and try UPZS's secret recipe to their handcrafted gourmet pizza. I actually recommend it if you're in the area. The pizza is actually highly thought of in the area.
They also have the self poor tappers which makes it a fun environment for drinks with friends.
When pouring your beer next time you're there, above all the taps, you will see the upzs's patented logo. Lol
It's their bar, unless they already opened more from the franchise program. Then it may be owned by a franchisee. But the original one in CA is theirs, corporate owned.
