It is my personal opinion that Mr Soon (NantCell) and CYTR will come up with an elaborate contract that at the end will resemble some kind of reverse merger or share / company control exchange. Both companies will have responsibilities that will be ideally indicate that type of transaction.
Mr Soon wants more control on CYTR and for that he needs more shares and a board position.
