4 things, you can't do that if company is out of money by end of September. If No on Aug 28, we might learn a lot on Aug 28. Either a b/o will be imminent or bankruptcy, delcath will cease to exist very quickly. The learning process could drag to November maybe, but it will still be only 2 options imo bankruptcy or b/o
