But you also missed part of that. Decision is being made on a short term move. So basically if youre nimble, you can buy the hell out of any momentum and probably with good size. Or if youre in long term prepare for big break lower. Point of having cash is knowing when to use it, and not simply adding and adding for the joy of it.
