You do realize there are websites dedicated to tracking inder tradung don't you? Last insider trade was in 2012 according to the site above which tracks daily. If you can find another site with something different let us know.

There is no pattern....0001-.0002 was there in q4 2016 and still there now. This is a dead company.

May I ask: are you holding a bag that you are wanting to hand off? Your promotion of this stock using "super secret unrevealable news" doesn't seem to be helping to pump NEOM. Take a tax write off and make money on a stock that has actual trades happening.
